Hey,  I researched every company I could find that manufactured soft side coolers, and I am really happy I found your company. I ordered a 48 and a 12 in the spring of 05 to use on my canoe trips and they are a most excellent product that don’t let me down. It’s a good thing to know that after a 10 hour hard river day, my steaks are fresh and my beer is cold. It is difficult to find people and companies who build great product and stand behind their work, and you all have it down. I really appreciate your effort in marketing a superior product.

I am the guy with billing address in Dulles, VA and ship to In Cape Coral,FL. I just got back to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (the final destination of the one shipped to Dulles). I was going to send it back. My neighbor wants it.

So, I think you have charged me for one cooler but I have two. If this is correct charge me for the second one.

I used the one shipped to FL to carry frozrn meat from FL to Dar - 32 hours freezer to freezer. The cooler was great - everything was still frozen

Strud - it was great to see you at the AFFTA show in Denver last week! Hope the show went well for you. Hey, I have a story to share about the coolers. One Friday afternoon this summer Sharon and I packed up our things and headed to Grand Junction over on the westslope for a weekend of Trout Unlimited  functions. Of course our gear included a Polar Bear Cooler full of barley sandwiches (beer) and ice. We never leave home without it. It is about a five hour drive and we were exhausted when we arrived. We accidentally left the cooler in the car, where it stayed the entire next day. It was hot that day and inside the car was even hotter. About 6:00 PM (24 hours later) we finally remembered that there was beer in the car, but we were sure it would be quite warm by now.

Oh well. I went to rescue the beer and put it back on ice. Low and behold, there was plenty of ice left and the "brewskis" were plenty cold. The Polar Bear Cooler saved happy hour! Thanks for an awesome product.

Strud, I purchased a 6-pack polar bear cooler a few months ago and it is by far the best cooler (soft or hard) that I've ever used.  I use it regularly for kayaking and fishing and I have to say the product quality is second to none.  I'm so impressed with it's durability and versatility that I'm actually considering purchasing some others (possibly 12 - packs) to give as Christmas presents to friends and family.  This is a great cooler!

DEAR SIRS:
I RECENTLY BOUGHT A POLAR BEAR SOFT-SIDED COOLER FOR MY TRIP TO ALASKA.  IT SERVED ME QUITE WELL.  I LOADED THE COOLER WITH FROZEN FISH AT 1800 HOURS THE NIGHT BEFORE I LEFT FOR HOME.  THE NEXT DAY AT 1800 HOURS, I RETURNED HOME FROM FAIRBANKS ALASKA TO HOUSTON, TEXAS AND THE FISH WAS STILL FROZEN WITHOUT ANY ICE PACKS OR DRY ICE.  THE BAGS ARE INCREDIBLE.  THANKS VERY MUCH

I have 2 of your cooler bags, (24 & 48) and I love them. Have you ever thought about making a wine picnic cooler bag? We have several wineries within a hours drive of our home in St. Louis Missouri and I would love to have a wine picnic basket-cooler made like the rest of your bags. I have been looking for one, but nothing that I have seen compares to the quality of your bags. I guess I'm spoiled now!!!

I just wanted to let y'all know that I LOVE your coolers, and that the word is spreading very quickly.  My brother gave my parents one for Christmas a few years ago, and they rave about it.  I purchased one this past summer, as I live in Charleston, SC and am at the beach or out on boats a lot during the summer.  This is the perfect cooler, as it keeps ice even when it is directly in the hot SC all day long.  My boss saw mine and was so excited to discover such a quality soft cooler, that he purchased one that same day, as he is an avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast and had been in the market for a good soft cooler.  My roomate is giving one to her mom and sister this Christmas, and my parents are giving them to their friends and to all of the employees in their firm for Christmas gifts as well.  Thanks for making such an awesome product, and I will continue to spread the word!

Hey Polar Bear!

I have had dozens of coolers over the years, but your cooler is different. As I told the person I spoke with on the phone during my order, I have purchased what I was told were the best soft coolers on the market, guaranteed not to leak or sweat. Right, I had not found that to be true until I received my Polar Bear cooler. I use my 12 pack cooler to carry drinks on my motorcycle, WOW, no leaks, no problems. Your product is wonderful and I would suggest you give Harley Davidson a call, we all know bikers like their cold drinks.

Strud I just wanted to say thanks for introducing me to the Polar Bear Cooler.  I now own 4 of them and numerous friends have ordered them for tailgating and general use and not a single person has been disappointed.  They are easy to store, use, clean and they keep stuff cold (and they don't leak), what more would you want from a soft side cooler. Keep up the good work and thanks for making my 'cooler life' much more simple.

The cooler worked great for our trip to Maui and during the hottest month of the year in Maui.  It was exactly what I hoped for kept everything really cold with plenty of room.  The one and only thing I would recommend is a better carry strap.  The one provided has a pretty flimsy pad that is really not useful at all.  Something with a thicker and longer pad that is attached to the strap rather than the little one that slides back and forth on the strap would be ideal.  Something like a bag carry strap on a golf bag maybe.

 I got a polarbearcooler   gratis  at a golf outing and have used it ever since as a tail bag. It's just about perfect since it's large enough to stow  groceries or files or beverages  of choice and it straps down well on the r12gs tail rack. Have used mine for 6 months now and, while its coloring  has faded a bit, it's held up well beyond my expectations  and functions  as well as it did new. Don't know what they charge for it cuz mine was a freebie, but it's the best i've come across.

Just wanted to let you know that your coolers are superb.  Quality and craftsmanship are nothing short of outstanding.  I have the six and twelve pack coolers and they are great.

I work in northern Los Angeles (CA) County in some rather harsh environments which range from sub-zero/wind/rain/snow to greater that 115 deg. F
and your coolers have kept my food perfectly cool or hot.  Something I can't say may last cooler from a well know manufacturer did!

I would like to make a suggestion you may want to consider.  On the six pack cooler, you have velcro tabs that pull the top down and attach to the side.

These tabs occasionally come undone.  You may want to consider using buckles as you have on the twelve pack.
