You want to go big? Bring it on! I think this is the largest soft cooler around anywhere; at least it’s the largest one we know of. Is bigger really better? It is if you need to transport a lot of drugs and keep them cold all day. The Roller Bear will hold up to 16 gallons. That’s about the size of the gas tank in your car. The Roller Bear can be equipped with enough ice packs to maintain a cold charge of between 20 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit, for 2 days in Death Valley, in the middle of July.
It is more likely that you will want to use a few less ice packs and actually pack medication in the cooler for transport. For that you can expect to see results on the scale of 36 to 46 degree Fahrenheit for 24 hours. You probably want to keep it out of the desert for this result.
